Today I want to offer you a tip about health & fitness.

 Everyone recognizes that kids have way more energy than adults.

 While you may never get back to THAT level (and maybe that’s a

good thing!)…

 You definitely CAN boost your energy by learning from KIDS.

 Here’s how:

 1. Move more.


Kids move around a LOT. They’re always running and jumping and

rolling and more. Expending energy makes your body

produce more of it. Exercise more, gain more energy.

 As adults, we tend to exercise a lot less. It’s time to break that

habit and get back your energy.

 2. Worry less.


 Now that you’re an adult, you have to actually worry about stuff

(bummer, I know). Stuff like bills, putting food on

the table, and work can really weigh down on your mind…

 … Even if you don’t realize it. Kids, on the other hand, don’t

have to worry about all that much (at least not the “life or

death” stuff).

 This really frees up their energy. Take a lesson, and find a way to

let your worries go, every day, even if it’s just for a few minutes.

 Maybe a nice walk, a meditation, or slamming the heavy bag.

 Whatever it takes to have just a few stress-free moments a day.
