Quick fitness tip: If you’re getting in good workouts that make

you work and sweat at least 4x per week…

But after a few months it seems like your fitness results are too

slow…

Chances are, it’s your diet. More importantly, it could be

your portions.  Overeating is one of the top

reasons why people just don’t get the results they’re looking for.

 It’s so ingrained in our society that most people don’t even know

they’re doing it. But it’s pretty easy to stop.

Here’s how:

1. Drink a LOT of water before every meal.

 2. Take a break halfway through your meals. Stand up and walk

around. Give yourself 5-10 minutes to see if you’re already

full but you just don’t know it. It takes your brain about 10

minutes to catch up with your stomach.  You might already be full but

it just hasn’t “registered” yet.
